I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER.  HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Once you have placed an order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information are correct before submitting your order.
 
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER.  CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item, you little diva you!
 
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE PER ORDER?
Ugh, no! Sorry about that, but our system only allows one coupon code per order.
 
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?
All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please visit the Returns & Exchanges page for our full return policy.
 
I'M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE OR I HAVE QUESTION ABOUT FIT. HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?
Please see our Size Chart for general guidelines on sizing. If you still have specific questions about the fit of an item or measurements don’t think twice, contact us!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received your package you will be notified via email at the address provided on the return slip. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days and you will be notified of the discount code by email. please visit Returns & Exchanges page or more info.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business dayS. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
 
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address PROVIDED on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
 
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
What the F*%K?  The item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available?!  We promise these cases are rare! However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours of the cancellation.  If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
 
I ORDERED SOMETHING AND NOW IT’S ON SALE OR PROMOTION. CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Sorry babes!  We've got to be fair and square.  We do not offer price adjustments on sales and promotions.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We offer A $25 flat rate shipping fee for all orders outside of the US.
