FAQ

I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER.  HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Once you have placed an order we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information are correct before submitting your order.
 
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER.  CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item.
 
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE PER ORDER?
Unfortunately, at this time our website only allows one coupon code per order.
 
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?
All 'sale' items are final sale.  This means they cannot be returned, exchanged, or swapped for difference sizes. Please visit the Returns & Exchanges page for a detailed return policy.
 
I'M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE OR I HAVE QUESTION ABOUT FIT. HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received your package, please allow 3-5 days to process your return.  We will issue you a discount code for store credit via email to the email address provided at the time your order was placed.  If you would like more info about returns, click here.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are sent out Tuesday-Saturday.  Please allow 3-5 days for us to process, pack and ship your order.  You will receive an email update with tracking information.
 
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the address you provided while placing your order within an hour.  If for any reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. 
 
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
What the F*%K?  An item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available?!  We promise these cases are rare! However, if an item in your order is unavailable, you will be contacted and refunded for the item(s) within 24-48 hours.  If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you within 3-5 days.
 
I ORDERED SOMETHING AND NOW IT’S ON SALE OR PROMOTION. CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Sorry babes!  We've got to be fair and square.  We do not offer price adjustments.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes!  International shipping is a flat rate of $25 USD.  Wildflower is not responsible for any VAT/Taxes you many incur upon your goods arrival at customs.
